Key Insights

  • The average order profit is higher than the average order discount, both in percentage.

  • 'Late delivery' is more than half of the delivery status, which will create lack of effciency in the operation.

  • There was a pattern of increasing order profit until mid of 2017, after that decreased sharply.

  • 'Pending payment', 'Processing', 'Pending' and 'On hold' accounts for more order status than 'Complete', and it indicates that the order finalized and not paid in full.

  • USA is the country leading ahead of the other countries in terms of orders placed.

  • There is a customer with more than 1000 orders, but with a profit of 0, very distante from the others, it is an outlier.
